|Recipe for : Crostini Toscani
500 gr of mince meat
300 gr chicken liver
Extra virgin Olive oil
1 large carrot
1 medium onion
1 glass of white wine
Put some Extra olive into a frying pan and on a very slow heat fry everything together.
When the oil start to boil add the wine and when the wine is evaporated and the oil start to boil again turn off the heat.
Put everything in a mix and add the anchovy paste and the capers to taste.
Before you serve it add some Port to it and spread on slices of toasted bread that has been slightly soaked with vegetable stock.
